An article in Korean about Portugal and its ever-growing popularity among Korean tourists was recently published on the South Korean newspaper Hankyoreh.

Portugal is presented here not only as a new touristic destination for Koreans, but also as a country rich in History and Culture, with a strong legacy from the Discoveries Period still present and living in the architecture of the cities, in the landscapes and the people. If Lisbon and Porto are the main touristic destinations for Koreans, the article also refers Coimbra and Sintra as places not to be missed on a trip to Portugal.
